The LMLC Team
LMLC Specialist
Hello everyone, I am your LMLC specialist. For four years, I have happily served in this position. Along with serving as your high school librarian, I also serve as a business/information technology education teacher. I enjoy teaching students how to interact with computers more efficiently and effectively. Also, I love knowing I am teaching students skills that will help them become more technologically advanced within an ever-growing technological world. I grew up in the Harrisburg, PA area, attended Central Dauphin East High School, received my undergraduate degree (Information Technology for Business Education) through Shippensburg University, and was awarded my graduate degree (Library Science) through Mansfield University. Today, I am happily married to my husband Mike, and have an amazing daughter, Addison. Lastly, I have had the pleasure of serving as the high school's Volleyball Club advisor along with serving on many other awesome committees. Please feel free to stop by to see me either at the LMLC or Room 105. Be sure to have a great day because EVERY DAY IS A BLESSING!
LMLC Clerk
Hello! I am the LMLC clerk and I have been working in the library at the High School since October 2016. Prior to working at the High School, I worked at West Creek Hills Elementary School for 5 years. I started working for East Pennsboro School District when my youngest child started Kindergarten. I have a degree in Mathematics from Lebanon Valley College and before having children, I use to underwrite medical malpractice insurance for several different insurance companies in the local area. I grew up in York, PA where I graduated from Red Lion Area Senior High School. I am married and have two children - Kyra and Luke. Working in the LMLC at East Pennsboro High School is a dream job for me because I love books and really enjoy talking to and helping people! Please stop in the LMLC and introduce yourself, hang out during AP and Flex, or just stop by to chat! I’ll leave you one of my favorite life mottos: Begin…..the rest is EASY!
